Product Description
The Gigabit RJ45 electrical port Bypass Ethernet bypass server adapter produced by Guangruntong, FF-904TBP-V3.0 is a PCI-ExpressX4 network interface card with four Gigabit Ethernet ports on the adapter. The FF-904TBP-V3.0 adapter is oriented to inline network systems. When a network link fails, it can switch to bypass and continue communication, providing a backup link protection mechanism.
The FF-904TBP-V3.0 four-port Gigabit Ethernet bypass server adapter supports normal bypass and disconnect modes. In normal mode, the ports are independent interfaces, while in bypass mode, all packets received from one port are transmitted to the adjacent port, and in disconnect mode, the adapter simulates a switch/path cable disconnection.
The FF-904TBP-V3.0 server adapter can bypass or disconnect its Ethernet port when the host system fails or the power is turned off. Continue to work in bypass mode, the connection is switched to another port, so in bypass mode, all packets received from one port are sent to the adjacent port and vice versa. This feature can bypass the failed system and provide the longest uptime for the network. FF-904TBP-V3.0 Quad Port Gigabit PCI Bypass Server Adapter, includes an onboard WDT (Watchdog Timer) controller. The adapter's software driver or software application can write commands to the onboard WDT controller. The adapter's software driver, WDT controller and bypass circuit provide an interface to control and manage the adapter mode.
