GH2502EM-V4.0 series Ethernet adapter products are 25G dual-port fibre optic
Ethernet adapters based on Mellanox's ConnectX-4 Ethernet control. This product is used in high-end equipment such as servers, storage, firewalls and network gates. The adapter is optimised for performance so that system I/O is no longer a bottleneck in high-end network applications. The adapter is fault-tolerant through bundled groups, where traffic from a failed port is routed to other members of the same group. The adapter has integrated hardware acceleration that performs TCP/UDP/IP checksum splitting and TCP segmentation tasks. Host processing technology offloads the accelerator, freeing up CPU resources to handle other applications. The adapter is an ideal solution for deploying multiple networks and for deploying critical network applications and environments on high-performance servers. The Mellanox ConnectX-4-based Ethernet adapter card from GRT represents a new step in the evolution of 10 Gigabit networking innovation for enterprises and data centres.
